Mixed Use.
New Construction Mixed Use building with 17 apartments on 5 floors. This 20,000 sf building helps revitalize a historic downtown corridor. The site is centrally located across from the train station. The site is located in a historic district so the massing and façade were designed to be sensitive to the surrounding building fabric. Traditional building materials are detailed in a modern way.
Research Library.
Located East of Sarasota on 90 acres this nature preserve campus is home to several primates, researchers and a library/conference center.
