We will layout your space in 2D and 3D to give you the visuals needed to make important decisions about your future home.
St. Joe’s Bay
Waterfront getaway refuge located on the West Coast of Florida. This custom home was designed to evoke memories of turn of the century homes through the layout and materials used historically in this area.

Summit Colonial
An existing 1953 Colonial split is getting a new second floor and updated kitchen+living room. The addition will fit seamlessly within the existing style of the home. The clients wanted to increase space while keeping the additional in the same language as the original home. A larger open kitchen, new master bedroom and bathroom add value and update the home to today’s living standards.

Upper West Side
A client needed their per war coop apartment to be updated for modern living. We gave them multiple options on how to make the most efficient use of a confined space. The resulting design is modern and flexible, allowing the client to maximize comfort and value for their home.

Morris County Retreat
This client had a beautifully situated site, yet was unsure about how to be maximize the land and views. Our design sits gracefully along the creek bank, taking advantage of the tremendous views south with larger expanses of glass and balconies overlooking the water.

Florida House
This building needed to double as a retirement home and artists studio. We oriented the building to take advantage of the sun and wind patterns for the site, creating an outdoor “room” in the middle of the building that is accessed from two sides of the house. Morning sun is diffused by smaller openings on the outside of the house, while the inner court walls have large glass walls protected by shade.
